Technical qualifications and formal achievements

1. The City & Guilds part one certificate in electrical installation work. Awarded June 1989.

2. The City & Guilds part two certificate in electrical installation work. Awarded December 1989.

3. The City & Guilds 16 edition IEE wiring regulations upgrade course. Awarded December 1998.

4. Skills & qualifications successfully assessed and vetted by British and Australian governments to allow entry into Australia to carry out electrical works at the Sydney Olympic games.

5. The City & Guilds level 3 certificate in the requirements for electrical installations. BS 7671 2008 17th edition. Awarded June 2008.

6. Gained membership to the national inspection council for electrical installation contractors (NICEIC) which in turn allowed the self-certification of works under part p of the building regulations. (See side-link for details)

7. Gained membership to Checkatrade. (see side-link for details)

8. The City & Guilds level 3 award in the requirements for electrical installation to BS7671 2018 18th edition. Awarded January 2018, achieving a 95% pass mark.
